Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Tokenisation & Fintech Platform

Job Description: As a Full Stack Developer for a tokenisation and fintech platform, you will combine strong product engineering discipline with practical fintech platform development expertise — building and maintaining the full-stack technology infrastructure that powers a cutting-edge tokenisation and digital asset platform. You will work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready systems that meet the exacting standards of a regulated tokenisation fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the full-stack technology infrastructure for a tokenisation and fintech platform
• Combine strong product engineering discipline with practical fintech platform development across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and production-ready systems for regulated tokenisation and digital asset operations
• Develop and maintain APIs, smart contract integrations, and data pipelines supporting the tokenisation platform
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Blockchain Engineering teams on feature delivery for the tokenisation platform
• Ensure all system components meet fintech-grade security, reliability, and compliance standards
• Write well-tested, well-documented full-stack code following engineering best practices for regulated financial technology
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions for the tokenisation platform and fintech infrastructure

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven full-stack development experience with strong product engineering discipline
• Experience building fintech platforms or tokenisation / blockchain technology products
• Proficiency across backend (Node.js, Python, Go, or equivalent), frontend (React or Vue), and cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of tokenisation, digital asset platforms, smart contracts, or blockchain technology preferred
• Experience with regulated financial technology security and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and collaborative engineering skills
