Job Title: Junior Software Developer

Job Description: As a Junior Software Developer in an Emirati Talent programme at a banking and analytics technology company, you will be responsible for building software solutions with a genuine interest in fintech, banking, or analytics — gaining exposure to real-world banking and analytics use cases with opportunities to grow into advanced software engineering roles. The role is designed for UAE National graduates eager to launch a technology career in the fintech and banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Build software solutions for fintech and banking analytics use cases as part of the Emirati Talent programme
• Apply genuine interest in fintech, banking, or analytics to software development projects
• Gain exposure to real-world banking and analytics use cases with opportunities to grow into advanced engineering roles
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and banking operations teams on software delivery
• Write clean, testable code following engineering standards for fintech and banking technology environments
• Complete structured Emirati Talent programme training, development milestones, and mentoring activities
• Contribute meaningfully to software projects from day one under structured mentoring and guidance
• Build foundational fintech and banking software engineering skills through hands-on project exposure

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emirati Talent programme position
• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Genuine interest in fintech, banking, or analytics — required for the programme
• Basic programming skills with enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fintech and banking technology environment
• Strong learning mindset and collaborative approach to software development
• Arabic and English communication skills for team and client engagement
