Job Title: International Ventures (Fintech / Financial Services)

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager for International Ventures within a fintech or financial services recruitment and advisory firm, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence — with a clear focus on expansion, not cold calling. You will build a portfolio of international fintech and financial services clients across the UAE and broader MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence — focusing on expansion
• Build a portfolio of international fintech and financial services clients across the UAE and broader MENA region
• Drive business development for international ventures spanning fintech talent solutions, advisory, and financial services partnerships
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships with international fintech and financial institution stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full business development cycle from prospecting through contract close
• Collaborate with internal teams on client solution design, commercial proposals, and delivery planning
• Monitor UAE and MENA international ventures and fintech market developments
• Represent the organization at UAE and international fintech, financial services, and business development forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven business development experience in fintech, financial services, or professional services — with an international ventures or expansion focus
• Strategic networking capability with a focus on organic expansion rather than cold-call outreach
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills for senior stakeholder engagement in international markets
• Understanding of UAE and MENA fintech and financial services landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Arabic language skills advantageous for MENA client engagement
