Job Title: International Corporate Banking Off-Cycle Internship

Job Description: As an International Corporate Banking Off-Cycle Intern, you will immerse yourself in the work and culture of a globally established investment banking institution — gaining invaluable insights into life as a full-time analyst in corporate and investment banking. You will work on live corporate banking mandates, develop financial modelling skills, and build a practical understanding of how international corporate banking teams serve global clients from the Dubai hub.

Responsibilities:

• Immerse yourself in the work and culture of a globally established investment and corporate banking institution
• Gain invaluable insights into life as a full-time analyst through hands-on exposure to real corporate banking mandates
• Support corporate banking relationship managers and product specialists on client transactions and deal execution
• Develop financial modelling, credit analysis, and transaction documentation skills through live project work
• Conduct market research, sector analysis, and client briefing preparation for corporate banking coverage teams
• Contribute meaningfully to pitch books, client presentations, and transaction support materials
• Build a network within the institution’s Dubai corporate banking and investment banking teams
• Complete training milestones and structured learning activities throughout the off-cycle programme

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently in penultimate or final year of degree in any discipline — or recently graduated
• Keen interest in finance, corporate banking, and international business
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are desirable
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit — evidenced through academic or extracurricular achievements
• Language requirement: fluent English and desirable Arabic
