Job Title: Innovation Manager – Family Banking Product

Job Description: Seeking for an Innovation Manager in Dubai to be a key part of the team launching Tagit’s new Family Banking product — designed to help kids and teens build good money habits. The role leads product innovation and go-to-market for this new fintech product launch.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key part of the team launching Tagit’s new Family Banking product, designed to help kids and teens build good money habits
• Lead product innovation across the Family Banking product — driving concept development, user research, and feature definition
• Work with Engineering, Design, and Partnership teams to bring the Family Banking product to market
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for Tagit’s Family Banking offering
• Conduct user research with parents, teens, and financial education stakeholders to validate product direction
• Partner with banking and fintech clients to integrate and white-label the Family Banking product
• Track product adoption, user engagement, and financial literacy impact metrics post-launch
• Represent Tagit’s Family Banking innovation at industry events and client presentations

Qualifications Needed:

• Product management or innovation leadership experience with proven track record launching new digital banking or fintech products
• Passion for financial inclusion, financial literacy, and creating engaging money management products for young users
• Experience in digital banking product development, neobanking, or youth-focused fintech preferred
• Strong user research and product discovery skills with ability to design for non-traditional banking audiences
• Excellent communication skills for internal team leadership and external client and partner engagement
• Understanding of UAE banking regulations applicable to youth banking and family financial products preferred
