Job Title: AI Product Manager

Job Description: Seeking an AI Product Manager on a 100% Remote basis for its Dubai entity. The role requires 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years as a Technical Product Manager for AI infrastructure products, leading product development for Tether’s AI-powered financial technology capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for Tether’s AI infrastructure products — setting direction for AI capabilities within Tether’s digital finance platform
• Work with AI Research Engineers, Data Scientists, and Backend Engineers to define and deliver AI product features
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, marketable product features and user value propositions
• Define product requirements for AI infrastructure including LLMs, multi-modal models, and agent frameworks
• Conduct product discovery and competitive research in AI, fintech, and digital finance technology markets
• Define success metrics and measure AI product impact through data-driven evaluation frameworks
• Communicate AI product vision and roadmap to executive leadership and technical teams
• Partner with Compliance and Legal teams on responsible AI product deployment within Tether’s regulated entities

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years as a Technical Product Manager for AI infrastructure products
• Deep understanding of AI/ML product development including LLMs, multi-modal AI, and AI agent systems
• Experience managing AI infrastructure products that bridge research and production engineering
• Strong technical literacy with ability to work credibly with AI Research Engineers and Data Scientists
• Excellent communication skills for translating AI capabilities into clear business and user value
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or digital finance is a significant advantage
