Job Title: AI Research Engineer

Job Description: Our Client is hiring an AI Research Engineer in Dubai. The role involves working to enhance intelligence, improve efficiency, and introduce new capabilities to advance Tether’s AI initiatives, contributing to the advancement of training systems and AI research in the context of digital finance technology.

Responsibilities:*

• Enhance intelligence, improve efficiency, and introduce new capabilities to advance Tether’s AI field initiatives
• Contribute to the advancement of AI training systems and research aligned with Tether’s digital finance technology platform
• Develop and evaluate advanced AI/ML models and algorithms for applications in fintech and digital assets
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams on AI-powered features and platform intelligence
• Apply expertise in LLMs, multi-modal AI, and deep learning to research and production challenges
• Produce technical research documentation, findings, and implementation specifications
• Stay current on academic and applied AI research with relevance to Tether’s technology and business objectives
• Contribute to a fast-paced, innovation-driven AI research environment at the forefront of digital finance

Qualifications Needed:

• Strong AI/ML research background with expertise in deep learning, LLMs, or multi-modal architectures
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
• Experience in AI research or applied ML engineering in a production environment
• Understanding of digital assets, fintech, or blockchain applications of AI is advantageous
• Strong analytical and technical documentation skills
• Ability to contribute meaningfully in a collaborative, fast-moving AI research environment
