Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description: The HRBP role suits an operationally minded HR professional who enjoys hands-on ownership — designing and rolling out performance management, KPI frameworks, and HR systems across a fast-moving, technology-focused business operating in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures fit for a fast-moving, technology-focused business
  • Design and roll out structured probation reviews, annual performance reviews, and grading frameworks across departments
  • Support line managers in carrying out people management responsibilities including setting expectations, conducting reviews, and managing underperformance
  • Provide HR support across global offices with primary focus on Dubai; apply understanding of HR practices across multiple geographies
  • Manage and optimise HR systems (HRIS, performance management tools, payroll platforms), ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Oversee review and maintenance of employment contracts, ensuring they are current, compliant, and aligned with local labour law across all jurisdictions
  • Build and manage structured training plans for employees at all levels; partner with department heads on onboarding programmes
  • Handle employee relations matters in a fair, pragmatic, and legally sound way, prioritising practical resolution; ensure compliance with employment legislation across jurisdictions
  • Design and implement KPI frameworks and objective-setting processes across departments, supporting managers in holding teams accountable

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; CIPD or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven or financial services environment; hands-on and operational mindset required
  • International HR exposure with understanding of HR practices across multiple geographies
  • Strong technology literacy; comfortable with HRIS, performance management tools, payroll platforms, and data-driven HR approaches
  • Experience designing and implementing KPI frameworks and performance management systems
  • Knowledge of UAE employment law; exposure to multi-jurisdictional employment legislation preferred
  • Strong employee relations skills with ability to resolve complex matters pragmatically and with legal soundness
