Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description: The HRBP role is a critical people operations function — advising senior leadership, managing HR processes, handling employee relations, driving performance management, and ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives in the regional office.
Responsibilities:*
- Manage and advise on HR matters for the UAE business including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders, providing strategic people advice and operational HR support
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with UAE employment law and XM global HR standards
- Support the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, career development programs, and succession planning
- Handle complex employee relations matters including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution in accordance with policy and UAE law
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on key hiring campaigns and support the full recruitment process for senior and specialist hires
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives for the UAE office
- Maintain accurate HR records, produce regular HR reporting, and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or senior HR generalist role, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a regulated international organization
- Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and best practices
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence through insight and expertise
- Experience handling complex employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data-driven HR decision-making
