Job Title: HR Operactions & Administration Manager (Fintech / Trading)

Job Description: An unnamed fintech and trading company in Dubai is hiring an HR Operations and Administration Manager. The role requires 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a combined HR–Admin role, with specific experience in fintech, trading, or fast-scaling technology environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations and administration for a fintech or trading company’s Dubai office
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS management
• Oversee office administration including facilities, vendor management, and workplace operations
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law, employment regulations, and internal HR policies
• Build and maintain scalable HR operations processes appropriate for a fast-scaling fintech or trading environment
• Manage visa, work permit, and UAE government relations processes for the Dubai team
• Partner with senior leadership on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning
• Produce HR operations reporting including headcount, attrition, and cost metrics for leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a combined HR–Admin role — required
• Experience in fintech, trading, or fast-scaling technology environments — specifically required
• Deep knowledge of UAE labour law, visa administration, and employment compliance
• Experience building scalable HR operations processes from early or growth stage
• Strong HRIS and data management skills with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
