Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Description: Seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Dubai. The role supports end-to-end HR operations for Bakkt’s Dubai office, requiring experience in fintech or technology environments. Bakkt builds software platforms to manage digital assets and provides loyalty and payments solutions globally.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end HR operations for Bakkt’s Dubai office including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Support end-to-end recruitment for global roles — job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and offer management
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, Bakkt internal HR policies, and employment regulatory requirements
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS system accuracy for the Dubai team
• Coordinate global onboarding processes for new hires joining Bakkt’s Dubai operations
• Support employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement
• Partner with global HR leadership on HR strategy, people initiatives, and compensation administration
• Manage visa, work permit, and UAE government relations requirements for Bakkt’s Dubai employees

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven HR Generalist experience with exposure to fintech, technology, or digital assets environments
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and employment compliance requirements
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment for global roles across multiple time zones
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple HR and administrative priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee-facing and global HR team engagement
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and organizational information
