Job Title: Head of Sales – Fintech / Payments (iGaming)
Job Description: Actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales. The company is a pioneer in developing cutting-edge fintech solutions and products that empower both individuals and enterprises, fostering seamless digital financial journeys. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales leadership within the fintech sector, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion for a fintech payments company in the iGaming space
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for revenue generation across fintech and iGaming markets
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team — setting targets, coaching team members, and driving commercial results
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including senior management and institutional clients on sales strategy and performance
- Apply deep understanding of fintech products such as payment solutions, blockchain technology, digital banking, and financial software
- Ensure knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements affecting fintech companies and their clients
- Keep up-to-date with fintech industry trends including AI advancements, cybersecurity developments, and consumer behavior shifts toward digital financial services
- Analyze competitors within the fintech space and identify unique selling points to position the company effectively
Qualifications Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the fintech industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in sales leadership within the fintech sector — required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of fintech products including payment solutions, blockchain, and digital banking
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements affecting fintech companies
- Managing longer and more complex sales cycles typical in fintech — experience required
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
