We are seeking a visionary Head of Product to define, lead, and execute the product strategy for our suite of fintech solutions. This role requires a balance of innovation, business acumen, and technical expertise to deliver customer-centric products that drive market success.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Conduct market research and customer feedback sessions.

Prioritize features and enhancements to maximize value.

Lead product launches, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.

Monitor KPIs and iterate based on user adoption and performance.

Mentor product managers and build a high-performing product team.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

8+ years in product management, ideally in fintech.

Strong understanding of UX, agile methodologies, and fintech innovation.

Proven leadership in scaling product portfolios.

Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
