Job Title: Head of Finance – Project Finance & PMO Coordination

Job Description: As Head of Finance and Finance Manager for a Food and Beverage Group, you will apply 7–10 years of multi-entity finance experience — ideally within hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle sectors — covering project finance and PMO coordination for a professionally managed food and beverage investment and operations group.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 7–10 years of multi-entity finance experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle to finance leadership
• Cover project finance and PMO coordination across the F&B group’s development and expansion activities
• Lead financial planning, management reporting, and consolidated financial oversight for the group
• Manage treasury operations, banking facilities, and working capital across F&B multi-entity operations
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all group financial and project finance activities
• Produce management accounts, project finance reports, and executive financial presentations for leadership
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations, and external advisors on project financial management
• Drive PMO coordination — tracking project financials, budgets, and capital expenditure across the group

Qualifications Needed:

• 7–10 years of multi-entity finance experience — ideally within hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle — required
• Proven Head of Finance or Finance Manager experience with project finance and PMO coordination
• Strong multi-entity consolidated reporting, project finance management, and treasury operations expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required for F&B group finance mandate
• Excellent leadership and PMO coordination for F&B group finance function
• GCC F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sector finance leadership experience strongly preferred
