Job Title: Head of Finance – Finance Workflow Standardization, Multi-Company

Job Description: As Head of Finance at a UAE engineering consultancy, you will organize monthly finance review meetings, improve finance workflows and operational efficiency, and standardize finance procedures across all companies — applying senior Head of Finance leadership to multi-entity finance standardization for a professionally managed engineering and consultancy organization.

Responsibilities:

• Organize monthly finance review meetings and standardize finance procedures across all companies
• Improve finance workflows and operational efficiency across multi-entity engineering consultancy operations
• Lead and mentor the finance team — providing direction, guidance, and professional development
• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance across all engineering consultancy entities
• Manage banking relationships, treasury, and working capital for engineering consultancy operations
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all group entity financial operations
• Produce consolidated management accounts, financial reports, and Board-level presentations
• Drive continuous improvement of financial controls and automation across all companies

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field — CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
• Proven Head of Finance experience with multi-entity engineering, construction, or consultancy background
• Strong finance workflow standardization, monthly review governance, and operational efficiency skills
• Excellent team leadership, mentoring, and senior stakeholder management for Head of Finance mandate
• UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance expertise for multi-company engineering consultancy operations
• GCC engineering consultancy or multi-entity Head of Finance experience strongly preferred
