Job Title: Head of Finance

Job Description: As Head of Finance for the Middle East at a globally established retail trading and CFD platform, you will lead and manage the Finance function for the Middle East — applying commercially minded senior finance leadership to a globally recognized retail trading and financial services organization operating across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance function for the Middle East for a globally established retail trading platform
• Apply commercially minded senior finance leadership to a retail trading and CFD organization
• Oversee financial planning, reporting, treasury, and regulatory compliance for Middle East operations
• Manage banking relationships and working capital for retail trading and financial services operations
• Ensure UAE and applicable GCC regulatory financial compliance — including SCA and DFSA requirements
• Produce consolidated financial reports, management accounts, and Board-level presentations for leadership
• Lead and develop the Finance team with accountability and high-performance culture
• Monitor GCC retail trading, CFD, and financial services regulatory and market developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Head of Finance experience with retail trading, CFD, or financial services Middle East background
• Commercially minded senior finance professional — required for retail trading finance leadership mandate
• Strong financial planning, treasury, banking relationship, and GCC regulatory compliance expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required for Head of Finance mandate
• Excellent leadership, Board-level communication, and senior trading platform stakeholder management
• GCC retail trading, CFD, or regulated financial services Head of Finance experience strongly preferred
