Job Title: Growth Operations Manager

Job Description: Seeking a Growth Operations Manager in Dubai to help drive marketing and business growth for active markets. The role ensures the highest user growth efficiency and achieves objective KPIs — contributing new growth ideas, managing campaigns, and building relationships with clients, agents, and partners for Binance Pay’s crypto payment platform

Responsibilities:

• Boost sales and contribute to long-term business growth by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners for Binance Pay
• Direct ongoing market research to foster product and market growth for Binance Pay in active MENA markets
• Contribute new growth ideas to increase Binance Pay Monthly Active Users (MAUs)
• Create, implement, and refine all marketing campaigns for Binance Pay on an ongoing basis
• Manage routine and non-routine campaigns, production rollout, and change requests — supporting new initiatives
• Apply a solutionist mindset — natural strategic thinker and problem-solver who gains category and commercial understanding with ease
• Turn key business drivers into exciting customer value propositions for the Binance Pay ecosystem
• Work on market research and information collection tasks aligned with growth objectives

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in growth operations, marketing operations, or business development within a fintech, crypto, or payments company
• Solutionist mindset — natural strategic thinker and problem-solver with category and commercial understanding
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, business development outreach, and partner/agent relationships
• Highly organized, detailed, and meticulous; thrives in an ultrafast-paced tech and digitally-inclined environment
• Strong understanding of crypto payment ecosystems and digital consumer behaviour
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for client, agent, and partner engagement
