Job Title: Event Assistant

Job Description: As an Event Assistant on a 100% Remote basis for a globally operating digital finance and stablecoin company, you will support the Events team in coordinating and executing global fintech, crypto, and blockchain conferences and brand activations. You will contribute to logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site support activities that build the company’s presence at major global events — working remotely within a globally distributed events team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Events team in coordinating and executing global fintech, crypto, and blockchain conferences and brand activations
• Assist with event logistics coordination including venue liaison, travel booking, equipment management, and on-site preparation
• Manage vendor and supplier communications under the direction of the Events Manager
• Coordinate speaker confirmations, registration management, and event scheduling for global conference participation
• Maintain event calendars, coordination documentation, and post-event reporting materials
• Support on-site event operations during conferences — managing logistics, materials, and team coordination remotely where required
• Contribute to event marketing asset preparation including booth materials, branded content, and event communications
• Provide administrative support to the events function — maintaining records, producing reports, and coordinating cross-team activities

Qualifications Needed:

• Event coordination, event assistant, or events marketing experience within a fintech, crypto, or technology organization preferred
• Strong organizational and logistics management skills for multi-event coordination across global time zones
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder liaison
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach appropriate for a fast-paced, globally distributed events environment
• 100% remote work capability — self-directed and highly organized
• Genuine interest in fintech, crypto, and the global digital finance event ecosystem
