Job Title: Event Coordinator (Fintech / Crypto)

Job Description: Looking for an Event Coordinator in Dubai. The role leads the coordination of international events from initial concept and booth design through to on-site execution and post-event reporting — representing Tether’s global digital finance and stablecoin brand at major fintech, crypto, and blockchain conferences globally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end coordination of international events from initial concept and booth design through to on-site execution and post-event reporting
• Manage Tether’s presence at major global fintech, crypto, and blockchain conferences and industry events
• Coordinate event logistics including venue management, booth design, branding, equipment, travel, and on-site operations
• Partner with Tether’s Marketing, Communications, and Executive teams on event strategy, messaging, and stakeholder engagement plans
• Manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, venues, and production partners for all events
• Develop and maintain event calendars, budgets, and post-event performance reports
• Coordinate speaker submissions, panel participations, and executive speaking engagements at industry conferences
• Support Tether’s community and ecosystem engagement through event activations and networking facilitation

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in event coordination, events management, or marketing events production — ideally within fintech, crypto, or technology
• Track record managing end-to-end international event coordination from concept through on-site delivery
• Experience with booth design, conference logistics, and event branding for technology or fintech companies
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills for international event partner coordination
• Passion for fintech, crypto, and the digital assets industry preferred
