Job Title: Global Expansion Lead

Job Description: Own and drive the regulatory licensing strategy as the company expands into new markets worldwide

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end licensing process for new market entry, including payment, money services, cryptoasset services, EMI, and remittance approvals
• Develop and maintain a global licensing roadmap aligned with the company‘s expansion priorities
• Assess regulatory feasibility, timelines, costs, and risks for new jurisdictions and products
• Track and interpret regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance for internal teams
• Build scalable compliance frameworks to support applications and transition into live operations

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory licensing, compliance, legal, or international expansion within financial services, fintech, or payments
• Direct experience leading license applications in multiple jurisdictions (e.g., UK, EU, Africa, Americas, LATAM, APAC)
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, cryptoassets, remittances, and regulated financial products
• Experience working with regulators and managing regulatory correspondence independently
