Job Title: FP&A Manager

Job Description: The FP&A Manager will build the financial planning infrastructure from the ground up — owning annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, management reporting, and KPI analysis that help Ziina’s leadership team and investors understand business performance and trajectory.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage Ziina’s financial planning and analysis infrastructure — including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and rolling financial plans
• Create and maintain sophisticated financial models for revenue, costs, headcount, and cash flow
• Deliver regular KPI dashboards and management reports for the CEO and leadership team
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecast — providing clear, actionable explanations of key drivers
• Support investor relations preparation including Board presentations, investor updates, and due diligence materials
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to align financial planning with business strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure
• Support strategic financial modelling for new product lines, market expansions, and fundraising

Qualifications Needed:

• 4–7 years of FP&A experience within a high-growth fintech, tech startup, or financial services company
• Strong financial modelling skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; FP&A tool experience (Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) preferred
• Experience building and managing full annual planning and forecasting cycles
• Strong analytical and communication skills — ability to translate financial data into executive insights
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience in payments, fintech, or a CBUAE-regulated environment is a strong advantage
