Job Title: Fintech Product Manager

Job Description: As a Fintech Product Manager for Payments Innovation and Roadmap at a UAE fintech organization, you will own the payments product roadmap — driving product innovation, cross-functional delivery, and customer adoption for a fast-growing UAE fintech and digital payments platform at the forefront of GCC payments transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Own the payments product roadmap driving innovation, cross-functional delivery, and customer adoption
• Define and execute payments product strategy aligned with GCC market dynamics and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional payments product delivery — Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Compliance teams
• Conduct product discovery — customer research, competitive analysis, and regulatory opportunity mapping
• Write clear payments product specifications and user stories for engineering team delivery
• Identify and prioritize payments product innovation opportunities across GCC market segments
• Define payments product success metrics and track performance through analytics and customer feedback
• Monitor GCC and global payments regulatory and technology developments for product strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Fintech Product Manager experience with payments innovation and product roadmap background
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or digital banking — required
• Strong payments product roadmap ownership, discovery, and cross-functional delivery skills
• Deep understanding of GCC payments market dynamics and regulatory landscape for product strategy
• Excellent product specification writing and senior stakeholder management for payments PM mandate
• GCC or global fintech payments product management experience strongly preferred
