Job Title: Digital Product Owner – Retail Banking

Job Description: As a Digital Product Owner for Retail Banking at one of the UAE’s most innovative banks, you will be highly proficient with online banking platforms and fintech solutions — applying solid understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban to drive the delivery of digital banking programmes across a bank recognized as among Forbes World’s Best Banks.

Responsibilities:

• Apply high proficiency with online banking platforms and fintech solutions to digital retail banking product ownership
• Apply solid understanding of agile methodologies — Scrum or Kanban — and agile tools such as Azure DevOps
• Act as a highly effective change agent who engages with senior stakeholders to deliver digital banking programmes
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of digital technologies
• Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven product decisions
• Own the digital retail banking product backlog — writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities
• Coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams on digital banking product delivery and regulatory alignment
• Support integration initiatives including API and middleware-based implementations for digital banking platforms

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Digital Product Owner Retail Banking role
• Highly proficient with online banking platforms or other fintech solutions — required
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban and agile tools such as Azure DevOps
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Solid understanding of banking concepts, products, procedures, and operations
• Strong vendor management and external stakeholder relationship skills for digital technology delivery
