Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description: This entry-to-mid-level commercial role focuses on partner acquisition, activation, and lifecycle management within AI-enabled operational systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, payment providers, and strategic alliances aligned with Deriv’s growth objectives
  • Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through to revenue performance
  • Analyse partner performance trends, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans
  • Support negotiation of commission structures, volume targets, and support agreements
  • Work within AI-enabled systems that manage how partners are sourced, onboarded, supported, and managed at scale
  • Identify workflow gaps in operational systems and surface them to product and engineering teams
  • Represent Deriv at conferences and partner events including iFX Expo, Finance Magnates, and Forex Expo Dubai
  • Contribute to making AI-assisted operational systems better through commercial feedback

Qualifications Needed:

  • Early-career experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial support — ideally within online trading, FX/CFD, or fintech
  • Working understanding of how IB and affiliate ecosystems operate (or the learning pace to acquire it)
  • Combination of commercial drive and operational follow-through
  • Comfortable working across different cultures and markets
  • Active use of AI tools in daily work and curiosity about automation in commercial operations
  • Exposure to MENA, Africa, LATAM, or Southeast Asia is a plus
  • Additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, or Portuguese) are an advantage
  • Relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent
