Job Title: Fintech Partnerships Executive – Banking & Financial Services

Job Description: As a Fintech Partnerships Executive at a globally established HR technology and talent marketplace, you will coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, and product — driving revenue growth through financial service partnerships and client activation, applying experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services to a commercial partnerships mandate in the UAE financial services ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, and product on fintech partnership delivery
• Drive revenue growth through financial service partnerships and client activation
• Apply experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services to UAE financial partnership development
• Identify and develop new fintech partnership opportunities across the UAE banking and financial services ecosystem
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, fintechs, and financial institution partner organizations
• Manage partnership commercial terms, activation, and performance monitoring
• Monitor UAE fintech partnership market developments and identify new commercial opportunities
• Represent the company at UAE fintech and financial services industry events and partner forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services — required
• Proven fintech partnerships or business development experience with UAE financial ecosystem knowledge
• Strong relationship-building, coordination, and commercial partnership management skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional team coordination skills for partnerships delivery
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE banking and financial services partner engagement
• Understanding of UAE banking and fintech ecosystem dynamics for financial partnership development
