Job Title: Investment & Strategic Partnership Associate/Manager

Job Description: As an Investment and Strategic Partnership Associate or Manager at a globally established digital entertainment and blockchain gaming investment company, you will drive investment and partnership deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution — preparing investment memos, management presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders. You will apply investment analysis and strategic partnership expertise to a globally connected digital and blockchain investment platform.

Responsibilities:

• Drive investment and partnership deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution
• Prepare investment memos, management presentations, and other reports to senior stakeholders
• Conduct financial modelling, investment analysis, and due diligence for digital asset and partnership investments
• Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities across the digital entertainment and blockchain ecosystem
• Build and maintain relationships with investment community, strategic partners, and digital asset ecosystem participants
• Monitor global digital assets, blockchain gaming, and Web3 investment market developments
• Support the investment committee process — preparing IC materials and supporting deal governance
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and financial teams on investment transaction execution

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven investment analysis and strategic partnership experience — investment banking, PE, VC, or corporate development
• Strong financial modelling, due diligence, and investment memo preparation skills
• Genuine interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and the Web3 investment ecosystem
• Excellent written and analytical communication for investment committee and senior stakeholder engagement
• CFA or equivalent investment qualification preferred
• Network in digital assets, blockchain, or Web3 investment community advantageous
