Job Title: CCB FinTech Partnership Manager

Job Description: As a CCB FinTech Partnership Manager at a banking and technology consultancy, you will develop and execute strategic plans for integrating fintech solutions into Corporate and Commercial Banking operations — building and managing partnerships between a major UAE banking client and fintech companies to drive digital banking innovation and commercial growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for integrating fintech solutions into Corporate and Commercial Banking operations
• Build and manage partnerships between a major UAE banking client and fintech companies
• Identify and develop new fintech partnership opportunities aligned with the bank’s CCB digital transformation strategy
• Present fintech partnership value propositions to senior CCB banking leadership and fintech company decision-makers
• Coordinate with Technology, Compliance, and CCB Product teams on fintech partnership integration and delivery
• Monitor UAE and GCC fintech ecosystem developments and identify strategic CCB partnership opportunities
• Produce partnership performance reporting and strategic recommendations for senior CCB banking leadership
• Drive digital banking innovation through strategic fintech partnership development and management

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Partnership Manager experience with fintech integration into Corporate and Commercial Banking operations
• Experience developing and executing strategic plans for integrating fintech solutions into banking environments
• Strong understanding of UAE CCB banking operations and fintech partnership dynamics
• Excellent commercial, relationship-building, and banking stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE CCB banking and fintech partner engagement
• Abu Dhabi CCB banking or fintech partnership management experience strongly preferred
