Job Title: Fintech Partnerships Manager – Open Banking

Job Description: As a Fintech Partnerships Manager covering Open Banking in Saudi Arabia, you will develop and manage strategic fintech partnerships — applying experience managing fintech partnerships or third-party integrations to drive open banking adoption and API connectivity for a fintech platform operating in the Saudi SAMA-regulated open banking ecosystem. You will work within the Saudi regulatory landscape and build partnerships that unlock the Kingdom’s open banking infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic fintech partnerships for a SAMA-regulated open banking platform in Saudi Arabia
• Apply experience managing fintech partnerships or third-party integrations in Digital Banking, Payments, or Open Banking
• Work within the Saudi regulatory landscape to build partnerships aligned with SAMA open banking requirements
• Identify, negotiate, and close fintech partnerships that drive API adoption and open banking connectivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, fintechs, and enterprise clients requiring open banking solutions
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams on partner API integration requirements and technical onboarding
• Monitor SAMA open banking regulatory developments and Saudi fintech ecosystem partnership dynamics
• Represent the platform at Saudi fintech events, open banking forums, and Vision 2030 digital ecosystem conferences

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience managing fintech partnerships or third-party integrations — required for this open banking role
• Understanding of Digital Banking, Payments, or Fintech platforms and open banking API ecosystems
• Knowledge of Saudi regulatory landscape and SAMA open banking framework — strongly preferred
• Strong commercial, relationship-building, and partnership negotiation skills for Saudi fintech market
• Arabic language skills essential for Saudi banking and fintech partner engagement
• Understanding of SAMA open banking APIs and Saudi digital finance ecosystem dynamics
