Job Title: Financial Regulation and Fintech Associate

Job Description: We are hiring a Financial Regulation and Fintech Associate in Dubai. The role involves advising on a wide range of financial regulation, fintech, and financial services matters across the UAE and MENA region for a diverse set of financial services and fintech clients.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on a wide range of financial regulation, fintech, and financial services legal matters for regional and international clients
• Play a key role in advising clients within the financial services and fintech regulatory space in the UAE and broader MENA
• Draft and review legal documentation, regulatory submissions, licensing applications, and fintech-related agreements
• Advise financial services clients on DFSA, ADGM, CBUAE, and applicable UAE regulatory frameworks
• Support senior partners on complex regulatory transactions, compliance projects, and fintech regulatory advisory mandates
• Conduct legal research on financial regulation, fintech, and digital assets regulatory developments
• Manage client relationships and participate in business development for the financial services and fintech practice
• Engage with UAE and international financial regulators on behalf of clients where required

Qualifications Needed:

• Qualified lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience in financial regulation and fintech advisory
• Strong understanding of UAE financial regulatory frameworks including DFSA, ADGM FSRA, and CBUAE
• Experience advising fintech companies, digital asset firms, or financial services institutions on regulatory matters
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
• Strong client management and business development aptitude
• Experience at a leading law firm or financial services regulatory practice preferred
