Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Description: As IBA Finance Manager at a globally established independent insurance broker in Dubai, you will lead the IBA Finance function ensuring robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service. You will apply proven finance management expertise to insurance brokerage financial operations — overseeing financial planning and analysis alongside the IBA finance team in a globally connected insurance and risk advisory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the IBA Finance function ensuring robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service
• Oversee financial planning and analysis for the insurance brokerage operations
• Manage all IBA finance operations — financial reporting, controls, compliance, and stakeholder management
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations for the IBA function
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership on finance matters
• Produce financial performance reporting and management information for leadership and governance review
• Partner with commercial and operations teams on finance-related business decisions and control improvements
• Support insurance brokerage financial close, regulatory submissions, and audit preparation activities

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Manager experience within insurance brokerage, financial services, or a regulated financial environment
• Strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and financial planning and analysis expertise
• Understanding of UAE financial regulations and insurance brokerage compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and financial reporting skills
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• UAE insurance or financial services finance management experience preferred
