Job Title: Finance Executive – Regulated Fintech / Crypto

Job Description: As a Finance Executive at a regulated fintech and crypto company, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in a fintech/crypto environment. You will support the finance function with core accounting, regulatory reporting assistance, and financial operations management for a regulated UAE fintech entity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Process accounting transactions, bank reconciliations, and financial records accurately for a regulated fintech/crypto entity
• Assist with regulatory reporting and financial compliance documentation for UAE financial regulatory requirements
• Support licence renewals, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation as part of the finance executive role
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Legal teams on finance-related regulatory matters
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and regulatory financial submissions
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across day-to-day financial operations
• Contribute to financial process improvement and internal controls development

Qualifications Needed:

• Finance Executive or junior accountant experience within a regulated fintech, crypto, or financial services company
• Understanding of fintech/crypto financial operations and regulatory compliance requirements in the UAE
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate, compliant day-to-day financial operations
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Relevant finance or accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
• UAE VAT compliance experience advantageous
