Job Title: Financial Customer Success Manager

Job Description: As a Financial Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with the company’s financial products and services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and advocating for their interests within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s financial planning, accounting, reporting, and analysis across Dubai operations
• Produce profit and loss balance sheets, management accounts, and financial reporting for C-level executives
• Act as right hand to C-level executives on financial decision-making and strategic financial management
• Manage external audit relationships and support statutory reporting and regulatory financial compliance
• Oversee UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance and financial regulatory obligations
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Legal teams on financial performance tracking and business analysis
• Support business case development and financial modelling for strategic initiatives and new service launches
• Build and develop the Dubai finance team as the firm’s presence scales

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience — Senior Finance Manager or equivalent level
• Masters or advanced degree considered as an advantage
• Experience producing profit and loss balance sheets and managing full finance function operations
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience overseeing financial planning, accounting, and reporting
• Excellent C-level communication and financial advisory skills
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
