Job Title: Finance Director

Job Description: As a Finance Director for the Middle East at a globally established professional services and technology company serving government, defense, and industrial sectors, you will apply senior Finance Director expertise — drawing from rich experience to lead the full finance function for KBR’s Middle East government and industrial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Apply senior Finance Director expertise to KBR’s Middle East government and industrial finance operations
• Lead the full finance function across government, defense, and industrial sector contracts in the Middle East
• Oversee financial planning, project finance, revenue recognition, and compliance for government contracts
• Manage banking relationships and working capital for government and industrial project operations
• Ensure UAE and applicable GCC regulatory financial compliance across all government contract operations
• Produce consolidated financial reports, management accounts, and Board-level presentations for leadership
• Lead and develop the finance team with accountability and professional excellence culture
• Coordinate with external auditors, government clients, and banking partners on financial compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Director experience with government, defense, or industrial sector Middle East background
• Strong government contract project finance, revenue recognition, and compliance expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required for Finance Director mandate
• Excellent Board-level communication, leadership, and government sector stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of UAE and GCC government sector financial regulatory and contract standards
• GCC government, defense, or industrial Finance Director experience strongly preferred
