Job Title: Finance Director

Job Description: As a Finance Director for FP&A Management at a globally established energy technology and industrial company, you will take energy forward — applying senior Finance Director FP&A expertise to a globally recognized energy technology and services organization operating across the GCC and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Take energy forward by applying senior Finance Director FP&A expertise to energy technology leadership
• Lead FP&A management across Baker Hughes energy technology and industrial operations
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for energy technology business units
• Develop and maintain financial models for energy project economics, capital allocation, and strategic planning
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting across energy technology divisions
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Group Finance teams on FP&A strategy and delivery
• Produce Finance Director-level FP&A reports and Board-level presentations for senior leadership
• Monitor global energy technology financial market and regulatory developments for FP&A strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Director experience with FP&A management in energy technology or industrial background
• Strong FP&A leadership, financial modelling, and energy project economics expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification required for Finance Director mandate
• Excellent Board-level communication, FP&A analytics, and senior energy technology stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of energy technology business models and GCC energy sector financial dynamics
• GCC or global energy technology or industrial Finance Director FP&A experience strongly preferred
