Job Title: Finance Director – Group Strategy, M&A & Capital Allocation

Job Description: As a Finance Director for Group Strategy, M&A, and Capital Allocation at a UAE holding company, you will apply senior Finance Director expertise to strategic financial advisory, M&A transaction support, and capital allocation governance — providing strategic finance leadership for a professionally managed UAE multi-sector holding organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply senior Finance Director expertise to strategic financial advisory, M&A, and capital allocation
• Lead strategic finance — financial modelling, M&A due diligence, and capital allocation governance
• Conduct financial analysis for M&A transactions — valuation, synergy analysis, and deal structuring support
• Develop capital allocation frameworks and investment committee governance standards
• Oversee Group financial reporting, Board presentations, and investor relations for the holding company
• Coordinate with Legal, Investment, and Commercial teams on M&A and capital strategy delivery
• Produce Finance Director-level strategic financial analysis and Board-level presentations
• Monitor UAE and global M&A, capital markets, and holding company financial developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Director experience with group strategy, M&A, and capital allocation background
• Strong M&A financial modelling, due diligence, and capital allocation governance expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification required for Finance Director mandate
• Excellent Board-level strategic financial communication and senior holding company stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of UAE corporate group financial governance and M&A regulatory requirements
• GCC holding company or multi-sector group Finance Director experience strongly preferred
