Job Title: Early-Career Commercial Support – Online Trading / FX / Fintech

Job Description: As an Early-Career Commercial Support professional in an online trading, FX, and fintech environment, you will support the commercial and partnerships team — applying early-career experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a commercial support function, ideally within online trading, FX/CFD, or fintech, to drive client growth and commercial coordination for a globally established digital finance company.

Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial and partnerships team with business development, client outreach, and commercial coordination activities
• Apply early-career experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial support — ideally within online trading, FX/CFD, or fintech
• Assist senior commercial team members with prospect engagement, pipeline management, and client activation
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support commercial strategy and client targeting
• Maintain accurate CRM records and commercial activity tracking for the sales and partnerships team
• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams on commercial proposals and client onboarding requirements
• Build commercial skills and industry knowledge through structured mentoring and real client project exposure
• Develop a professional network within the online trading, FX, and fintech commercial community

Qualifications Needed:

• Early-career experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a commercial support function — ideally within online trading, FX/CFD, or fintech
• Genuine interest in digital finance, online trading, and fintech commercial careers
• Strong communication and organizational skills for commercial team support activities
• Proactive, learning-oriented professional with ability to contribute meaningfully from day one
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales support platforms
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE market commercial engagement
