Job Title: Director of Finance

Job Description: As a Director of Finance at a technology reseller and general trading company, you will apply a proven track record managing finances in CapEx-intensive industries — such as infrastructure, construction, advanced manufacturing, or commercial agriculture — setting budgets and financial targets, and reviewing monthly results across a commercially active trading organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply proven track record managing finances in CapEx-intensive industries to Director of Finance mandate
• Set budgets and financial targets for all entities and review monthly financial results with sharp questioning
• Lead and supervise the finance team — including accountants and financial analysts — with excellence standards
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, banking, trade finance, and working capital across CapEx-intensive operations
• Manage landed cost, inventory valuation, product costing, production yield, waste, and margin analysis
• Develop and maintain internal controls, finance policies, approval processes, and risk management
• Drive finance systems improvement, process improvement, workflow automation, and reporting enhancement
• Produce Board-level financial presentations and strategic financial analysis for leadership review

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven track record managing finances in CapEx-intensive industries — infrastructure, construction, advanced manufacturing, or commercial agriculture — required
• Proven Director of Finance experience with CapEx-intensive sector financial leadership background
• Strong budgeting, FP&A, financial modelling, and treasury management for CapEx-intensive operations
• CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification required
• Excellent UAE VAT, corporate tax, e-invoicing, and multi-entity financial governance expertise
• GCC CapEx-intensive industry Director of Finance experience strongly preferred
