Job Description: As a Director of Regional Operations for Banking and Crypto at a globally established technology investment and solutions group, you will drive regional banking and crypto operations — leading strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and high-level C-Suite negotiations for a forward-thinking group investing across financial services, infrastructure, and technology sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Drive regional banking and crypto operations — leading strategic partnerships and client acquisition
• Lead high-level C-Suite negotiations with banking, crypto, and technology stakeholders across the region
• Develop and execute regional operations strategy for banking and crypto technology deployments
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with banking institutions, crypto exchanges, and fintech partners
• Achieve Director-level regional banking and crypto revenue and strategic partnership acquisition targets
• Coordinate with Investment, Technology, and Compliance teams on banking and crypto operations delivery
• Produce regional operations performance reports and strategic advisory for senior leadership and Board
• Monitor MENA banking, crypto, and technology operational developments for regional strategy intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Director of Regional Operations experience in banking, crypto, or technology investment sectors
• Strong C-Suite negotiation, strategic partnership, and regional banking and crypto operations management skills
• Deep understanding of MENA banking and crypto ecosystem dynamics and technology investment landscape
• Excellent executive communication, regional advisory, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for MENA banking, crypto, and government stakeholder engagement
• GCC regional banking, crypto, or technology operations director experience strongly preferred
