Job Description: As a Director and Digital Wallet Lead for EEMEA at a globally leading payments technology company, you will apply a minimum of 7+ years of direct experience leading and delivering digital wallet products or similar consumer-facing payment solutions within a large-scale organization — redefining the future of payments and the way people and businesses interact with digital payments across EEMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Apply minimum 7+ years of experience leading and delivering digital wallet products or consumer-facing payment solutions
• Lead and deliver digital wallet strategy, products, and partnerships across EEMEA markets
• Define and execute EEMEA digital wallet product roadmap — aligned with regulatory requirements and market opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and technology partners across EEMEA for digital wallet deployment
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Compliance teams on digital wallet solution delivery
• Engage with central banks, regulators, and banking partners on digital wallet regulatory frameworks
• Produce digital wallet performance reporting and strategic market intelligence for senior EEMEA leadership
• Monitor global and EEMEA digital wallet market developments and competitive landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 7+ years of direct experience leading and delivering digital wallet products or consumer-facing payment solutions — required
• Proven Director-level digital wallet leadership at a large-scale payments or technology organization
• Deep understanding of EEMEA digital wallet market dynamics and regulatory landscape
• Strong product leadership, partnership development, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Excellent commercial and strategic advisory skills for EEMEA digital wallet market leadership
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA digital wallet partner and regulatory engagement
