Job Title: Director – Privileged Client Banking

Job Description: As a Director for Privileged Client Banking at the UAE’s largest bank, you will align with International Banking to support clients in FAB’s global network locations — preparing and maintaining Account Plans for all clients with support from relevant product and coverage specialists across a globally connected banking franchise serving the most demanding privileged clients.

Responsibilities:

• Align with International Banking to support clients in FAB’s global network locations across privileged client banking
• Prepare and maintain Account Plans for all privileged clients with support from relevant product and coverage specialists
• Drive privileged client acquisition and deepen existing client relationships through superior banking advisory
• Present FAB’s comprehensive privileged banking solutions — investments, credit, and wealth management
• Coordinate with product specialists, trade finance, FX, and capital markets teams on privileged client solutions
• Ensure all privileged banking activities comply with UAE banking regulations and investment suitability requirements
• Achieve Director-level privileged client banking revenue and AUM growth targets
• Monitor UAE and international privileged client banking market developments and competitive landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Director-level privileged or private client banking experience at a major UAE or international bank
• Experience aligning with international banking networks to support globally connected client mandates
• Strong Account Plan management and privileged client relationship development skills
• Deep expertise in privileged banking products — investments, credit, FX, and wealth management solutions
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for Abu Dhabi privileged client banking engagement
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent investment qualification preferred
