Job Title: Director – Corporate Banking

Job Description: As a Director in Corporate Banking at the UAE’s largest bank, you will originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products — applying 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking coverage to a senior relationship management and business development mandate across the Abu Dhabi corporate banking franchise.

Responsibilities:

• Originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products as Director in Corporate Banking
• Apply 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking coverage to business development and relationship management
• Drive end-to-end sales of asset and liability products by acquiring new-to-bank customers and identifying opportunities
• Cross-sell bank products — New accounts, Assets, Trade, FX, and Bancassurance — to increase product penetration
• Ensure penetration in the market through focus on New to Bank referrals from existing customers
• Maintain daily sales reports on business performance for management review
• Build and maintain commercially effective relationships ensuring excellent customer service and quality client on-boarding
• Develop term sheets, information memoranda, and mandates for complex corporate banking transactions

Qualifications Needed:

• 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking coverage — required
• Strong track record originating corporate banking business across asset, liability, trade, FX, and capital markets products
• Excellent relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement skills for corporate banking client coverage
• Deep understanding of UAE and GCC corporate banking regulatory environment
• Arabic language skills preferred for Abu Dhabi corporate banking client engagement
