Job Title: Deployment Officer

Job Description: Deploy, configure, and activate merchant and wallet services for a fintech company in Kuwait

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and activate merchant and wallet services both on-site and remotely
• Set up POS devices, merchant portals, and wallet applications
• Provide comprehensive training to merchants and wallet users
• Provide technical troubleshooting, user enablement, and ensure seamless onboarding
• Visit merchant locations and fintech agents
• Work closely with sales, operations, and support teams

Qualifications Needed:

• Knowledge of fintech services and hardware provided to merchants and agents
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support in fintech, financial institutions, or related industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid Kuwaiti Driving License
• High school graduate with strong computer and smart devices literacy
