Job Title: Customer Care Advisor

Job Description: As a Customer Care Advisor in a UAE Nationals-only role at Emirates Islamic Bank, you will provide exceptional customer care across Islamic banking products — delivering professional, Sharia-compliant banking customer service for one of the GCC’s most recognized Islamic banking institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer care across Islamic banking products and services
• Handle customer queries — account management, Islamic banking product information, and service support
• Guide customers through Islamic banking product benefits — savings, financing, and investment products
• Cross-sell Sharia-compliant banking products to existing and new Islamic banking customers
• Ensure all customer care interactions comply with UAE Central Bank and Sharia banking regulations
• Coordinate with Branch Operations, Compliance, and Islamic Banking teams on customer service delivery
• Produce customer care performance reports and satisfaction analytics for senior leadership review
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships through proactive Islamic banking service

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — this role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals
• Proven Customer Care Advisor or customer-facing banking experience in Islamic or conventional banking
• Strong Islamic banking product knowledge and Sharia-compliant customer service delivery skills
• Arabic language skills essential for UAE National Islamic banking customer and team engagement
• Understanding of UAE Central Bank and Islamic banking Sharia compliance standards
• GCC Islamic banking customer care or retail banking experience strongly preferred
