Job Title: Customer Care Advisor
Job Description: As a Customer Care Advisor at a market leader across the MENAT region — serving over 9 million customers — you will provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns, promote banking products and services, and ensure overall customer satisfaction while adhering to banking regulations and policies. You will provide consistently excellent service to all customers for their banking needs, improving customer profitability and loyalty through high-quality, compliant service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service — addressing inquiries and concerns, promoting banking products and services
- Provide consistently excellent service to all customers for their banking needs — improving customer profitability and loyalty
- Process banking transactions, account inquiries, and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Cross-sell other products to customers to increase the bank’s market share
- Ensure all activities comply with internal bank policies and regulatory requirements at all times
- Maintain high NPS, complaint resolution timelines, service request turnaround, and mystery shopping scores
- Escalate complex issues to specialist banking teams with proper documentation
- Build strong client relationships through professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable banking service delivery
Qualifications Needed:
- UAE National (Emirati) — required for this UAE Nationals Only Customer Care Advisor role
- Strong customer service and communication skills for banking client engagement
- Understanding of banking products, regulations, and UAE banking compliance standards
- Professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to customer service
- Arabic and English communication skills — required for UAE banking client engagement
- Previous banking or customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills considered
