Job Title: Data Entry Accountant

Job Description: As a Data Entry Accountant at a small business, you will apply knowledge of UAE financial regulations and data entry accounting skills — supporting the finance function with accurate transaction recording, bank account management, and compliance with UAE financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of UAE financial regulations to data entry accounting for a small business
• Process financial data entry — invoice recording, expense management, and bank transaction categorization
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data for management and regulatory review
• Manage bank account reconciliation and petty cash management for small business operations
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance across all data entry and accounting financial operations
• Assist the accountant and finance team with routine tasks and simple financial reports
• Coordinate with Operations and Management on financial documentation and compliance requirements
• Build foundational UAE financial accounting and data management skills through structured support

Qualifications Needed:

• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations — required for this data entry accounting mandate
• Proven Data Entry Accountant or Accounts Assistant experience with UAE financial compliance background
• Strong data entry accuracy, bank reconciliation, and UAE VAT compliance skills for small business
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data management
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills for accurate financial transaction recording
• UAE small business or professional services accounting data entry experience preferred
