Job Title: Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership Manager

Job Description: As a Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership Manager on a 6-month contractor basis at the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, you will participate in commercial negotiations, support the end-to-end onboarding process, and ensure smooth integration for Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) partners — applying 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within SaaS to the fast-moving crypto-as-a-service ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in commercial negotiations for Crypto-as-a-Service partnerships and support end-to-end onboarding
• Ensure smooth integration and activation for new CaaS partner clients
• Apply 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within SaaS to the CaaS ecosystem
• Build and manage day-to-day working relationships with CaaS partner organizations across the UAE and MENA
• Coordinate with internal Product, Technology, Compliance, and Commercial teams on partner integration requirements
• Monitor CaaS partner performance and identify expansion and revenue growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate partnership records, onboarding documentation, and commercial activity tracking
• Represent the CaaS programme at crypto industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem forums

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within SaaS — required
• Experience in crypto, digital assets, or fintech partnerships preferred
• Strong commercial negotiation and partnership onboarding management skills
• Understanding of Crypto-as-a-Service business models and digital asset API integration
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills for complex partner onboarding processes
• Availability for a 6-month contract engagement in Dubai
