Job Title: Compliance Manager (Fintech / Payments / AI-Driven)

Job Description: Seeking a Compliance Manager to support the Head of Compliance across a wide range of first-line and second-line activities. The role specifically requires experience in fintech, payments, remittance, or EMI-style environments, with exposure to AI-driven compliance tools. The successful candidate must be based in Dubai for close collaboration with the Head of Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Compliance across first-line and second-line compliance activities
• Maintain and update compliance and AML policies, risk assessments, and control frameworks
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on financial crime compliance matters
• Manage AML/CFT monitoring functions including transaction monitoring, KYC reviews, and sanctions screening
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to implement compliance by design in fintech payment products
• Leverage AI-driven compliance tools to enhance compliance efficiency and detection capabilities
• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments, and oversee remediation actions
• Monitor regulatory developments in fintech, payments, and EMI-style environments across UAE and applicable jurisdictions

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven compliance management experience within fintech, payments, remittance, or EMI-style environments — required
• Strong first-line compliance background (TM, sanctions, onboarding) with good exposure to second-line responsibilities
• Exposure to AI-driven compliance tools strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage varied compliance responsibilities
• Must be based in Dubai for close collaboration with the Head of Compliance
