Job Title:AML Compliance Analyst – Transaction Monitoring

Job Description: Support OKX’s crypto compliance function in Dubai through AML transaction monitoring, investigations, and financial crimes detection. Assess suspicious activities, prepare SARs, and support risk management in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Responsibilities:*

• Conduct AML transaction monitoring and investigate suspicious activities across OKX’s crypto platform
• Assess suspicious activities and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for submission to UAE FIU
• Support risk management processes including KYC/CDD reviews and sanctions screening
• Collaborate across teams within the compliance function on complex AML cases
• Navigate complex investigation cases and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
• Stay updated on UAE AML regulations, VARA requirements, and global crypto compliance trends
• Support team processes and contribute to ongoing improvement of AML frameworks

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in AML transaction monitoring, investigations, and financial crimes detection
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto-specific AML risks
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Industry certifications (CAMS, CFCS, or equivalent) are a plus
