Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Job Description: The Compliance Analyst is responsible for executing McCoin’s AML/CFT, sanctions, Travel Rule, and KYT Controls in line with the Compliance Management System. The role requires 2–4 years of AML/KYC/Compliance experience, preferably in VASP or fintech. Only candidates with prior crypto industry experience and direct exposure to VARA-related processes or regulations are considered.

Responsibilities:

• Execute AML/CFT, sanctions, Travel Rule, and KYT Controls in line with McCoin’s Compliance Management System
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) for client onboarding and ongoing monitoring
• Ensure transaction blocking where system thresholds are breached or overrides apply
• Review and investigate missing, inconsistent, or refused customer data
• File Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in accordance with VARA requirements
• Monitor AML/CFT compliance obligations across McCoin’s virtual asset operations
• Support the Compliance team with regulatory reporting and audit preparation
• Stay current on VARA regulations and developments in the virtual asset regulatory landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• 2–4 years of AML/KYC/Compliance experience, preferably in VASP/fintech
• Prior crypto industry experience and direct exposure to VARA-related processes or regulations required
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency compliance requirements including AML/CFT, Travel Rule, and KYT
• Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, CDD/EDD, and sanctions screening
• Detail-oriented with ability to work accurately under operational compliance timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for compliance documentation
