Job Title: Commercial Banking Customer Service Officer

Job Description: As a Commercial Banking Customer Service Officer at the UAE’s largest bank, you will deliver best-in-class services for Commercial Banking customers — following up on customer transactions and maintaining the highest standards of service quality for a globally recognized commercial banking team at one of the world’s largest and safest financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver best-in-class services for Commercial Banking customers with highest service quality standards
• Follow up on customer transactions ensuring timely and accurate processing for commercial clients
• Manage commercial banking client queries — account management, transactions, and trade finance service support
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams on commercial client service
• Ensure all commercial banking service activities comply with UAE banking regulations and FAB internal policies
• Maintain accurate commercial banking client interaction records for management and audit review
• Produce commercial banking client service performance reports for senior customer service leadership
• Build and maintain professional commercial banking client relationships through proactive service delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Customer Service Officer experience with commercial banking or corporate banking background
• Knowledge of banking products, commercial banking customer experience, and regulatory compliance
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience — preferably in commercial or corporate banking customer service
• Strong commercial banking transaction follow-up, query management, and client service skills
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE commercial banking client and team engagement
• GCC commercial banking or corporate banking customer service experience strongly preferred
